| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this Bill is to develop the Solid Minerals Mining Host
Communities, which will prevent the environmental damage usually
witnessed in mining and processing activities. Once the host Communities are
properly taken care of, there will not be agitations, peace will reign, more
economic activities will be taking place, providing the required conditions for
