This Bill seeks to provide a legal framework to regulate the digital market in Nigeria, promote fair competition, and empower local businesses and content creators, impose obligations on digital gatekeepers and set out penalties for non-compliance in order to create a level playing field for businesses and foster innovation and growth in the digital sector.
