This Bill seeks to repeal the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (Establishment) Act whose main functions inter alia were to re-organise the role of the Federal Government in the co-ordination of Christian pilgrim matters and to establish a National Pilgrim Commission that will license, regulate, perform oversight and supervisory functions over other bodies and agencies.
