Abstract

This Bill seeks to repeal and enact the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria (Establishment) Act No. 3 of 2018 and to enact the Chartered Institute of Project Management of Nigeria Act charged with the responsibility for regulation of the project management sector and the registration, licensing and discipline of its members.
