This Bill seeks to amend the Electoral Act 2022 to mandate the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to carry out reconciliation and verification of election results with the accredited voters' list recorded on the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) or any other technology deployed by INEC as a prerequisite for declaring a winner of any election.
