This Bill seeks to establish Federal Tourist Centre in Lokoja of Kogi State which aims to showcase the cultural heritage embedded in Kogi State, promotes and empower local culture, preserve cultural heritage, create authentic experiences that attract tourists, generates job opportunities and economic growth, leading to sustainable development
