This Bill seeks to alter the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Cap. 23, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 to include and place free, compulsory and universal basic education under chapter IV of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended).
