Abstract

This Bill seeks to prohibit urination and defecation by the roadside, at the surroundings of public buildings, at the boundaries of private and public security fences, in the uncompleted buildings and other open places that are not designed for urination and defecation; to facilitate clean hygiene in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
