This Bill seeks to provide, amongst other things, for the establishment of the Nigeria Blue Economy (in this Bill hereinafter referred to as the "Commission" in the regulated Blue Economy industry, to promote the implementation of the NigeriaBlue Economy policy, functions and powers of the Commission and for matters connected therewith.
