Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the national agencies revenue generating regulatory commission as an independent regulator for all the Government established Ministries, Departments and the Agencies, responsible for the Nation's Economic Revenue Generation and collection for the Federation including its electronics confirmation of payment and evidence remittances into the Federation Account through the sources to avoid manipulation on the process, by control the revenue database information in each fiscal year and ensuring of transparency and accountability.
