dc.description.abstractThis Bill seeks to alter the provisions of section 6(3), (5) and (6) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 with respect to the powers of the Courts of record. Again, the Bill further seeks to clearly empower the Courts or record with respect inquiries, actions and proceedings without being hindered through any law or other legislative instruments. Further, the Bill seeks to secure and guarantee the unfettered exercise of all judicial powers.en_US
