This Bill seeks to provide for the composition and management of the Police Service Commission, which is charged with responsibility, among other things to appoint persons to offices in the Nigeria Police Force other than the office of the Inspector-General of Police and to exercise disciplinary control over any person holding office in the Nigeria Police Force, other than the Inspector- General of Police.
