This Bill seeks to cure the seeming injustice been suffered by political parties as occasioned by provisions of Sections 68(1)(g) and 109(1)(g) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with respect to defection of members of political parties for personal gain as against the interest of such a political party and the entire electorates who donates their mandate to such a Member. This, will go a long way in sanitizing the political land scape
