dc.description.abstractThis Bill seeks to alter the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, to review the provision relating to the number of Judges of the Federal High Court by stipulating that the Court shall consist of a number not less than one hundred Judges or such other number as may be prescribed by an Act of the National Assembly. The amendment is intended to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Federal High Court in the discharge of its constitutional mandate by addressing the increasing volume and complexity of cases brought before it, ensuring timely access to justice, and improving overall judicial administration in the country.en_US
