This Bill seeks to alter the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 ( as amended), to provide for the creation of Uselu Local Government Area from Egor, thereby increasing the number of local Government Areas in Edo State to Nineteen(19) and in the Federation to Seven Hundred and Seventy-Five (775).
