This Bill seeks to enforce Fiscal Responsibility on the path of those who manage public funds. These amendments will ensure that any public Officer or institution that contravenes any provision of this Act is punished accordingly. This will go a long way in reducing corruption which has been one of the banes militating against the growth of the country.
