This Bill seeks to amend the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Establishment, Etc) Act, 2011 to ensure that intervention from the agency is available to all tertiary institutions. In its current state, monotechnics/specialized institutions are excluded from interventions undertaken by the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND).
