This Bill seeks to establish the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology Mbaitoli Local Government Area, lmo State, charged with the general duty of providing civil aviation courses, standard or special, designed for use in flight training or in airport operation and management as may from time to time be prescribed for approved persons, pursuant to the provisions of this Bill.
