Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the National Youth Agripreneurship Fund to promote youth employment and inclusive economic development through agricultural entrepreneurship. It provides mechanisms for funding, training, market access and technical support for Nigerian youths engaged in agribusiness, with a focus on strategic sectors such as poultry, aquaculture, agro-processing, and climate-smart agriculture.
