Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish a framework for the development of digital skills among youths in the North-East geopolitical zone of Nigeria as a tool to combat unemployment, support innovation, and align with national digital economy strategies and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
