Abstract

This Bill seeks to establish the Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults (Vulnerable Groups) Establishment Bill, 2025 act to vest it with the responsibility to protect and safeguard Children and Vulnerable Adults (vulnerable groups) from harm and potential harm by persons with significant access to them through employment or volunteering.
