Abstract

This Bill seeks to alter the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as altered), to provide for the creation of Obosi Local Government Area in Anambra State, in recognition of its distinct administrative, demographic, and socio-economic identity within the state, and to ensure effective local governance and equitable resource allocation.
