dc.description.abstract	This Bill seeks to amend the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, in order to provide greater clarity on the mandate and functions of the Revenue Mobilisation, Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC). The alteration aims to prevent overlaps and conflicts between the RMAFC and other revenue-generating agencies of government by clearly delineating their respective responsibilities.	en_US
