The Bill seeks to amend the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control Act Cap. N1, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, by setting out penalties for food and drug related offences so as to discourage persons from getting involved in this type of illegalities, especially as they are harmful to human health.
