This Bill seeks to amend the National Directorate of Employment Act Cap. N28 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 to make it the mandatory statutory duty of the National Directorate of Employment to, amongst others, conduct census of unemployed persons and maintain a data bank on employment in Nigeria as a base for national planning.
