technologies. It aims to foster collaboration between academia, industry, and
government to drive innovation in areas such as aircraft design, avionics, and
air traffic systems. The Bill provides for the creation of a dedicated Fund, offers
incentives to stakeholders, and outlines governance structures for effective
implementation, by supporting startups, skills development, and international
partnerships, the legislation is designed to strengthen Nigeria's aviation sector,
create jobs, and enhance global competitiveness through technological
