This Bill seeks to provide for the establishment of the National Health Trust Fund charged with the responsibility of maintaining the Trust Fund for Acquisition and Development of Medical Equipment, Training and Empowering of Medical personnel and such Human and Materials for effective functioning of medical Institutions in Nigeria
