This Bill seeks to establish the Chartered Institute of Crisis Management and Peace Building of Nigeria charged with the responsibility of encouraging and sponsoring research in crisis prevention and peace management. It also seeks to conduct training programmes for the education of current and prospective crisis management and peace building practitioners among other things
