This Bill seeks to establish the National Institute of Printing Professionals of Nigeria (NIPPON) as the sole statutory body responsible for regulating, certifying, standardising, and promoting professionalism in the printing industry. It sets clear criteria for practice, introduces internationally benchmarked certification systems, and repeals all conflicting provisions in any other enactment.
