This Bill seeks to establish the Nigeria Consumer Credit Corporation for the regulation of consumer credit, consumer credit reporting, protection of consumer credit beneficiaries, and to create the Consumer Credit Development Fund for the promotion and enhancement of the consumer credit system in Nigeria
