A Bill for an Act to Guarantee Inclusive Jobs in the Green Economy by Providing for Employment Quotas, Workforce Development and Compliance Incentives, and for Related Matters

Abstract

This Bill seeks to provide for the implementation of a minimum quota for youth and women inclusion in the employment opportunities in the green economy, and to promote and enhance green workforce and skill development while incentivizing compliance, and providing for sanctions against non-compliant entities.
