This Bill seeks to establish The Federal College of Orthopedic Technology and Therapy, Rumuepirikom, Port Harcourt Rivers State, to provide for Courses leading to the award of Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates in Orthopedic Technology, to make the institution more effective in the discharge of its functions by strengthening the organizational framework; and to bring its provisions in conformity with current democratic principles in Orthopedic Technology and Therapy.
