This Bill seeks to provide for the governance, regulation, development, and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence Systems in Nigeria, and to ensure the safe, ethical, and rights-respecting development and deployment of AI systems, with particular regard to the Fundamental Rights enshrined in the Constitution.
