Abstract

This Bill seeks to alter the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as Altered) to provide for the clarity in the status of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja as one of the States of the Federation in the determination of Presidential election result under Section 133 and 134 of the Constitution.
