dc.description.abstractThis Bill seeks to alter the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended) to enable the Federal High Court to exercise concurrent jurisdiction with the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, High Courts of states with respect to the prosecution of offenses arising from the violation of the provisions of the Electoral Act and any other related Act of the National Assembly with respect to electoral matters.
