CAP 146 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004,to provide at least 15
percent of women representation in the recruitment of members of the Corps,
require the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps to provide and maintain
a gender-responsive compliance programme in the recruitment, training,
marital status, posting and discipline of members of the Corps, and the
establishment of a unit to monitor and maintain records of the gender
