This paper discusses the meaning of Legislative Drafting, Pre- drafting activities, Stages of the Drafting Process, Attributes of a Good Legislative Drafts-person, as well as types of Legislative Enactments.

The presentation discussed the process of law-making, and the tools for effective law-making, particularly at the state level; and identify the dynamics/challenges of law-making in contemporary Nigeria.
