ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENTS OF THE ECOWAS COURT OF JUSTICE

This paper will therefore review the enforcement mechanism of the judgments of the ECOWAS Court of Justice, highlight the challenges militating against it, do a comparative analysis of the enforcement mechanism of other regional courts and explore ways and means of improving compliance or strengthening the enforcement mechanism in accordance with international best practices.
