Tanker road accidents and explosions in Nigeria have become a major public safety concern. These incidents often result in catastrophic explosions, significant loss of life, destruction of property, and environmental pollution. Factors contributing to these accidents include poor road conditions, reckless driving, weak enforcement of safety regulations, and inadequate emergency response mechanisms. Despite existing laws aimed at improving safety, regulatory gaps and poor enforcement persist. Against this backdrop, urgent legislative action is required to address these issues and implement effective solutions to reduce the incidences of tanker-related accidents and explosionen_US
